Refund Policy
If you received a tree that was damaged or is not of good quality you must send a picture of your tree as you received it WITHIN 24 hours of delivery. It is at the discretion of US Citrus to issue any sort of replacement.
We cannot accept returns of citrus tree to our groves for phytosanitary reasons. Please do not send your purchase back to US Citrus LLC.
Refunds (if applicable)
US Citrus policy for product sales is that if the product is deemed to be defective, we will send a replacement product as we deem fit. We do not offer refunds as we cannot accept returns for any product.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
